Abstract

The human face serves as a crucial characteristic for individual identification, as each person possesses a distinct facial appearance, even among twins. In this study, we have devised a criminal identification system tailored for law enforcement agencies, employing face detection and recognition technology. The implemented system adeptly discerns the countenance of a criminal, subsequently retrieving pertinent information from a comprehensive database. Subsequently, a notification containing detailed information, including the identified criminal's profile and the specific surveillance location, is promptly dispatched to the law enforcement officer.
