The rapid advancement of robotics and automation has created unprecedented opportunities and challenges, necessitating the development of structured frameworks for automated and regulated robotic systems. This study proposes a comprehensive framework designed to address automation, regulatory compliance, ethical considerations, and scalability. Through a combination of literature review, expert interviews, and case studies in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and autonomous vehicles, the framework was validated for practical applicability. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in compliance efficiency, time-to-market reduction, and public trust. By comparing the framework to existing studies, this research highlights its adaptability and dynamic nature, addressing critical gaps in global regulatory alignment and ethical oversight. The study concludes with implications for practice and theory and offers recommendations for future research to enhance robotic systems' sustainability and global integration.
